The Jefferson Office Building
project is located to the east of Leesburg and is part of a planned campus.

The building is two stories in height, has an east and a west entrance and is over 84,000 square feet in size.

The building incorporates architectural elements such as entry porticos, doric columns, entrance gables and a sloped roof mansard.  The building was designed for professional offices with an emphasis toward the medical profession.

The structure is steel with concrete decks.  The building envelope is a light-gauge steel frame with a brick veneer.

The building incorporates large sky-lights, interior balconies and state-of-the-art electronic way-finding.
