Railroad Professional Building

 is a 30,000 square foot professional office building located adjacent to the Manassas Park VRE Railway Station. The building incorporates site retaining walls which allow the building to have a second entrance from the rear parking lot. Dunning Group provided also design for the site to include future pavillions, paved areas and trails for the surrounding community.

The building is a steel-framed structure with a light-gauge metal framed exterior.  The exterior is finished with a brick veneer, precast concrete and aluminum accents.
