The Laurel Hill Sportsplex
project included conceptual planning for a site that is located in Northern Virginia.  The illustrations were prepared as part of a county hearing with respect to the proposed land use.

The facility design included seven outdoor soccer fields, one indoor NCAA soccer field and four baseball diamonds.  The proposed design for the enclosed facility included bleacher seating, locker rooms, training rooms, storage areas, ticket sales, a food-services area and an indoor/ outdoor dining and observation deck.

Outdoor bleacher seating was proposed as a cast-in place concrete structure that would be an integral part of the enclosed facility.  This outdoor seating was to be protected from inclement weather and the sun with a tensile structure that would also serve to reinforce the festive appearance of this facility.
